EASY CUT

FUNCTION AND DESCRIPTION:

EASY CUT  is a semi-automatic bench sealing machine for pre-formed trays; loading and ejection of the trays are manual.

The unwinding/rewinding system is mechanical, while the sealing head is electrically driven.

The construction of EASY CUT takes into consideration the special conditions of humidity in which the machine can work; all

the parts that can be in contact with the product as well as working area, guard and casing are manufactured in stainless steel

and/or anodized aluminium.

SEQUENCE OF STATIONS:

Loading/ejection station:

In which the already filled container is placed manually in the tray-carrier and from which, after the sealing, the tray is removed by

the operator.

Film unwinding group:

This group automatically places the right quantity of heat-sealing film coming from a reel under the sealing/cutting station.

Sealing/gas injection/cutting station:

The container, placed in the proper tray carrier, is pushed manually by the operator under the sealing area where in machines

equipped with the Gas Flush System (OPTION) gas is injected inside the tray itself with a pressure of 2 BAR; the gas flow is

timed, previously set up for the needed time. Then the film is sealed and at last cut in shape all around the rim of the tray (CUT

SYSTEM).

An acoustic signal warns the operator that the cycle is completed.

The sealing head is electronically timed and thermo-regulated.

The machine is equipped with the Easy Size Change System.
